We are very proud of the years of manufacturing craftsmanship and know-how that have gone into making marine propuslion systems amongst the finest in the marketplace today.Maintenance of an experienced workforce and the advancement in latest technology, our process of machining has become a highly accurate task. With the help of CAD/CAM machining software, we at madras marine can optimize the cycle time of a running program and thus reducing the time taken for finishing a product.
We have one of the finest machine shops in business with 3 long lathe to carry out shaft machining with high accuracy up to to 8 metres in length and 20mm to 240mm diameter. Critical operations like tapper machining, thread cutting and keyway milling are done only by CNC machines. Apart from this 20 other machines of various sizes both conventional and CNC’s is dedicated to deal with components with bush boss, stern tube, propellers and other accessories.
